McKenna won't run for Liberal leadership: CTV

Canada's outgoing ambassador to the United States, Frank McKenna, will not be running for the leadership of the Liberal Party, CTV News has learned.

"I don't have all the reasons for it, and there is a possibility that he will announce this today, that is what we are hearing," CTV's Robert Fife said of McKenna, who was touted as the clear frontrunner for the leadership race.

I am happy we got a conservative government, however, what the hell do the Libs have to do to get the Canadian electorate to see them as they really are...basically get caught stealing billions of dollars? No wait, they did that and got rewarded with a minority government. You know Mulroney did not rise one tenth to the level of corruption as the Libs did and they got their asses handed to them with only 2 seats retained! Poor Kim was stupid enough to take the bag Brian handed to her, but I just don't get it. I still shake my head in disbelief at the double standard between Libs and Conservatives. Well, this just reinforced why John Galt and I voted with our feet.

By the way, I had to loose some bad people so I changed my URL. I'm now uberdognponyshow.blogspot.com
just in case anyone cared.
