He's not destroying that monorail, he's just delivering it for Bombardier.

Maybe he won't destroy Tokyo, but with any luck he may destroy Kyoto.
Re-arrange the letters some more and they spell Otoyk, which unfortunatly doesn't mean a damn thing.
