Free Crack Kits?
Brent Colbert at Colbert's Comments says the City of Ottawa is handing out free crack kits.
I believe this is unfair preferential treatment to city dwellers!
City people get free kits, whereas people living out in the country have to pay for their Crack Kits (see kit pictured here).
They have them at the Home Depot, and Home Hardware, only they cost $14.99.
No wonder country folks always have leaky basements...
