Michael Jackson Out Of Luck

Johnnie L. Cochran Jr., whose fierce, flamboyant and electrifyingly effective advocacy in the O. J. Simpson murder trial captivated the country and solidified his image as a master of high-profile criminal defense, died yesterday at his home in Los Angeles. He was 67. (full story)

He was probably the only lawyer who could have gotten Michael Jackson off. Looks like there won't be any "Chewbacca Defence". ( "If it doesn't fit - you must acquit" would be kinda obscene in this case)

Do you think right now he's getting his ass kicked by Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman? (unless he's ..uhh...in a different place)

I guess all those criminals he represented will have to actually go to jail. It's a sad day for crime.

Its funny how Micheal is claiming its a consiracy against him because hes black. Next thing you know he'll say its a conspiracy against him because hes a man, or a human for that matter.
