WINNIPEG, Manitoba - A Canadian city, besieged by voracious mosquitoes each summer, is trying to boost its dragonfly ranks amid hopes the larger flying insect will eat up the smaller blood-sucking pest.
Winnipeg, a Prairie city, is using less chemicals and targeting mosquitoes with a bacteria that kills their larvae but does not harm young dragonflies, entomologist Taz Stuart said on Wednesday.

If it makes you feel any better, I would have read the first line of that article and stopped. I have very little time to read and watch the news so I'm not going to waste it on the mostquitoes. I probably wouldn't have even known about the Mostquito capital if you hadn't brought it up here LOL
